The fishbone diagram usually two sections, left-hand side list the main cause
or problem of situation, and right-hand side list the factors that effects the
situation, and each ribs of the fish writ the sub issues and effects of the
situation. So, the end result of this diagram is that you have a kind of map of
the situation.
3 Gantt charts: Gantt charts are effectively used
for the budgeting, scheduling or presenting the project plans. These charts
help you work out practical aspects of a project in the minimum time. Through
