Three Important Tools for Success of Project Management

There are various kinds of project management tools. The wide variety of project management support blogs and website on the internet, there are all sorts of weird and wonderful things popping up that claim to help deliver successful projects. Sometimes we need to complete the successful projects then we find basic project management tools that can help us where we need to be.


So, there are three most important and tested tools for project managers to use. 

1         Brainstorming: Brainstorming is the least complicated and easiest tool to use anytime and anywhere. When people are engaged in a brainstorming discussion, the ideas should be come out and everyone should participate the discussion. The technique of brainstorming can help with everything from problem solving to testing. In the project planning process conduct brainstorming sessions and follow some guidelines are: forbid negative comments and criticism, go for high quantity of ideas, encourage people to think outside the box, look you ways to combine new ideas w2ith existing ideas.


2         Fishbone diagrams: The diagrams of fishbone are visual representation of the several information that any one gathers during brainstorming, problem solving, or troubleshooting. It is way to organize your thoughts into like groups and establish relationships between those thoughts. The fishbone diagram usually two sections, left-hand side list the main cause or problem of situation, and right-hand side list the factors that effects the situation, and each ribs of the fish writ the sub issues and effects of the situation. So, the end result of this diagram is that you have a kind of map of the situation.

3    Gantt charts: Gantt charts are effectively used for the budgeting, scheduling or presenting the project plans. These charts help you work out practical aspects of a project in the minimum time. Through the Gantt charts all tasks done on sequencly and on time.
